Products I'm loving

Hello lovelies! I must apologise for how long it's taken me to write a new blog post. I believe it has been over two weeks since my previous one. Oops! I've just been so busy with university, getting a new job (in Superdrug by the way, yay!), meeting new people and just trying to enjoy myself outside of the internet world. Anyway, I shall begin..
Recently, me and one of my friends done a cheeky little bit of shopping. I bought some products and thought I'll see how they go and let you lovely people know - because I'm so damn nice and all that jazz.

The first product I'm going to talk about is Soap and Glory's 'Scrub Your Nose In It' facial scrub. Being honest, the only reason I picked it up is because it was on offer in Boots but I'm so glad I did and I would definitely pay full price. If like me you have combination skin, you will love this product! I promise. It exfoliates your skin, lifts away horrible pore-clogging dead skin cells, soaks up any excess oils and gives you this almighty fresh feeling that I can not describe. It feels like a big breath of fresh air (weird way to describe a facial scrub, I know). You just have to try it to know what I mean.. but it just makes your skin feel so lovely and clean! Oh and it has all this fancy stuff in it that I know nothing about but yeah..

The second product I'm loving at the minute is Rimmel London's Kate Lasting Finish lipstick (shade 01). I wrote about this in my previous post so head over there if you want to read about that.

The third product is No7's Stay Perfect foundation. I only started using this foundation in the past few months and I'm really happy that I did because it really works for my skin type (combination/oily) because it is not overly dewy but it also doesn't dry out your skin. I think this foundation is also great because in Boots, they match the foundation perfectly to your skin colour so none of that looking orange or looking deathly pale. Yay! Although I do use the lightest shade 'calico' because I do have verrry pale skin but it works for me. This foundation is a little pricier than some drugstore foundation but at £14.99, it definitely isn't a ridiculous amount to pay. I would really recommend this if you're looking for a new foundation and you have the same skin type as me. The one tiny little thing that I don't like is that the lettering comes off the bottle so easily and it really annoys me, haha!

Lastly, I am loving Rimmel London's 'Glam Eyes - Day 2 Night' mascara. I was so low on foundation and I desperately needed to buy one so instead of going for the same old mascara, I lifted this one because I thought the packaging was quite nice and I had seen some people talking about it. It really does work! The length bit adds a lot of length and the volume bit adds volume.. so it actually does what it says, wow. You can use the length bit during the day or in a simple makeup look and you have lovely, long and defined lashes. Then for a night out or simply a more dramatic look, add the volume and it almost gives you the same effect as false lashes because your lashes look so full. It's great! I highly recommend this mascara.. and I am super fussy with mascaras so the fact that I recommend it is really something!

Well, I hope you liked this post and it gave you some ideas for your next purchases. And again, I apologise for the long delay on the blog post. Until next time.. goodbye lovelies.

- xoxo
